Email is checked often. For best results include screenshots or detailed description of what you are having issues with.
In the lower right hand corner of most screens is a chat button. We are either online and can handle questions immediatly or we will call you right back.
Take alook at our video collection, you may find some new tools or the answer you're looking for. We try to keep them short and to the point.
We use a program called Splashtop to access your PC for those tough problems that require it.
To allow us remote access, please download the Splashtop tool HERE . Once the program is downloaded, run it and it will give you a 9 digit code, be prepared to give us that code.
RSS Connector is our tool that integrates with your shop management system and pushes the vehicle and repair order info to RSS to allow you to quickly add inspections to your dashboard.
RSS Connector runs on PCs running Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 or later, Windows 8.1, and all versions of Windows 10. You will need the .NET Framework 4.6.1 or later - you can download version 4.8 below.
Windows XP and Windows Vista are not supported.
